Our office for KMGI Consultancy is located at Subhash Nagar in Yerawada. The address is quite a long one—175/A/G/215 S N 8 W N6/68—but we’ve been here long enough that we know it by heart. It’s right in the middle of Pune City. We aren’t some big, faceless corporation. We’re just a small group of consultants who help out other businesses. Our space isn't polished or corporate; it’s just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of tea. Yerawada is a lively place to be, so there’s always something happening outside. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out solutions for whatever business problems they bring us. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of paperwork. We don’t use big, confusing words. We just try to speak plainly so everyone knows what’s going on. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a few people over, but we make it work. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra for a while and we feel connected to the local area. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have any slogans or fancy goals written on the walls. We just come in, do the work for our clients, and then head home like everyone else. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without any unnecessary noise.
