Our office is located in Lotus House, on the East Lane ‘E’ of North Main Road in Koregaon Park. Most people know this area for the cafes and the trees, but we’re here doing the technical work for Kitagawa India. It’s a nice enough spot to work, even if the parking around here can be a real nightmare during the day. We have a small team here. We aren't the kind of place with a lot of hierarchy or formal meetings every ten minutes. We just sit together and figure out the orders and technical specs. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and brochures, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. If someone needs what we have, they usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve used our stuff before. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a weird question about a part. Koregaon Park has a lot of energy, and being on North Main Road keeps us close to everything, though it can get pretty loud on the weekends. We just focus on our machines and the people who use them. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this for a bit now and hope to stay as long as the work keeps coming in and people need our help.
