We operate out of Siddharth Tower in Kothrud, specifically room 501 in the commercial complex. It’s a bit different than a dusty warehouse; we’re in a proper building, but it still feels like a regular local office once you get inside. We spend most of our time on computers and phones, trying to track shipments that are moving all over the place. Logistics is a messy business behind the scenes, with lots of emails and forms to fill out for customs and shipping lines. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting our clients' goods through the system. It’s a lot of technical talk about shipping routes and transit times. Sometimes the internet goes down or the printers jam right when we need to print a manifest, which is just part of the day. We aren't trying to sound like a huge global giant even though we're part of a bigger network. In this office, we’re just a bunch of people trying to make sure things get delivered. We have stacks of files everywhere and the kitchen always has a half-empty box of biscuits or some cold tea. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We don't have a big reception area, just some desks and people working hard. We try to keep things organized, but in this industry, something always changes at the last minute and we just have to deal with it. It’s a lot of screen time, but we get things moved.
