We are located in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate in Pune. It is a very large and well-known area for manufacturing. Our facility has been here for a long time, and it covers a significant amount of ground. When you arrive at the gate, you can immediately feel the scale of the place. It is not a quiet office environment; it is a full-scale industrial site with a lot of noise and movement. There are hundreds of us working here in different sections. The buildings are old but sturdy, and they have seen a lot of history over the decades. We have massive workshops where the air is filled with the sound of heavy tools and machines running constantly. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or modern office perks. Most of the space is dedicated to the actual production and storage of our equipment. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for meals, and it is always a loud, busy place. The work is demanding and the shifts can be long, but that is the nature of the industry in Hadapsar. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or try to sound like a tech startup. We are an industrial company with deep roots in this estate. Everyone here knows their role and the focus is always on getting the physical work done. It is a place of grease, metal, and hard work, and we are fine with that.
