Khinvasara Associates

Our business, Khinvasara Associates, is located at 582 Bhawani in the Rajgulab Apartments. We are quite close to the Swargate area and Hirabaug, which are major landmarks around here. The intersection near Swargate is always crowded with people and traffic, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. Being inside the Rajgulab Apartments gives our workspace a bit of a homey feel, which we prefer over a cold corporate office. We have been working from this location for quite a few years now. Most of our clients find us because they live in the neighborhood or someone they trust told them about us. We don’t have a marketing department or any glossy brochures to hand out. It is just a few of us here, managing the paperwork and talking to people who walk in. The office is usually filled with folders and files because we have a lot to keep track of every day. Hirabaug is a well-known spot, so it makes it easy for us to tell people where to find us. We believe in just being straightforward and honest about what we can do. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the traffic outside is bad, but we just take it one task at a time. It is a normal, everyday business and we like the simple way we have things set up here.
