Khatri Bandhu Pot Ice Cream & Mastani

We are Khatri Bandhu Pot Ice Cream & Mastani, located over on Sinhagad Road, specifically at Moshi Road 3. It’s a place where we spend most of our time dealing with ice and cream. Making pot ice cream isn't the easiest job, it takes a bit of muscle and patience to get it right. We don't have any automated machines doing all the work for us, we do it the way we’ve always known. The shop is pretty basic, just a place to come and get something cold. Being on Sinhagad Road means it gets dusty and loud with all the traffic passing by. We don't have air conditioning in the whole place, just enough to keep the product frozen. People come by for the Mastani, and we try to keep up with the demand even when it’s busy. Sometimes we run out of certain flavors before the day is over, but that’s just how it goes when you make things in small batches. We aren't corporate people with big plans, we’re just the Khatri brothers and our staff working at Moshi Road 3. It’s a simple life, opening up in the morning and closing late at night. The floors are a bit worn from all the feet walking through, but we think it shows we’ve been here a while. We’re just glad to be a local fixture in this part of town.
