This part of Pune, with the 411061 zip code, is where we decided to set up shop. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home than a traditional corporate office. We like it that way because it’s quieter and we can actually hear ourselves think. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and stay consistent. Most of our day is spent managing our operations from the fifth floor. You get a decent view of the neighborhood from up here. We handle everything ourselves, from the basic paperwork to the bigger decisions. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day, but we manage. We aren't interested in using a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just a local LLP trying to make a living. The name Khandesh Khawoo comes from our roots, and we try to bring that same energy to our work every day. Sainath Nagar is a good place for us. It’s central enough that we can get around Pune when we need to. We don’t have a big team, just a few dedicated people who show up and get the job done without complaining about the heat.
