Kathanik Private Limited is based in Pune, specifically at Flat Number K1502 in the Hill View Residency complex. We are located at Sr No 69 70, which is near Mahatma Society. Our office is essentially a residential flat that we use for our business operations. Being on the 15th floor gives us a nice view of the area, but mostly it just provides a quiet place to work away from the street noise. We don't have a commercial shop or a big sign on the road. It is a very low-key setup. We are just a small group of people who handle the work for Kathanik from this space. Hill View Residency is a big place, so it takes a minute to find the right wing and floor. We spend our days here at our computers, managing the different parts of the company. It’s a very simple and practical arrangement. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, it’s just like visiting someone’s home office. We like the convenience of being near Mahatma Society as it’s a well-known part of Pune. We aren't into big corporate displays. We just focus on the actual work that needs to be done each day. It’s a real, everyday environment where we just get things moving without any extra fuss or polish.
