We are located over in Nigdi, specifically at Ekata Apartment in Sector 21. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the city center. Our office is in Flat No 7, which was originally under C Omr Valvaikar. Right across the road is the SPM English Medium School. You can hear the kids playing during recess and the school bell ringing throughout the day. It gives the place a lively atmosphere. At Kashec Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune, we have a small team. We mostly sit in the main room of the flat, which we turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, which helps everyone stay relaxed. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen in the back. Sometimes we walk down to the local market for snacks in the evening. The neighbors in the apartment block are used to us being there. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. Living and working in Pune 411044 is pretty decent. The commute isn't too bad for most of us. We spend our hours looking at drawings and talking about projects. There isn't any pressure to act like a big company. We are just a group of people trying to do a good job from a quiet flat in Nigdi, and that is enough for us.
