We've been working out of Budhawar Peth for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away at 672 C, just behind Prabhat Talkies. People in Pune know this area is always busy, and we are right in the middle of it. We handle building projects and some local development work. It’s not a huge setup, just a few of us making sure the sites are running okay. Most days start with a lot of phone calls to contractors. We deal with all sorts of paperwork too, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Being near ABC is handy for us because it's central. We don't really do much fancy advertising, most people just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the shop. The building we are in is older, but it works for what we need. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some days are slow, others are packed with meetings about floor plans or site visits. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. If you're looking for us, look for the sign behind the cinema hall. We usually have tea around four if you happen to drop by. It’s just how we do things here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to get the jobs done properly and move on to the next one.
