We are set up in Flat No 36 of the Greenwoods Apartments in Pune. It’s right opposite Bvp Katraj. Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We spend most of our time in front of screens writing code and trying to figure out why things aren’t working the way they should. It’s a software business, so there are wires everywhere and a few servers hum in the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we like the casual vibe. We don't wear suits or anything; most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The view from the window is okay, mostly looking out at the other buildings and the traffic on the main road. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee because we need a lot of it to stay focused. It’s not some big tech campus with a gym or a cafeteria. It’s just a flat where we build apps and systems. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re doing with all those computers, but we just stick to our work. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for most of the staff. It’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the city action when we finally head out for the evening. It works for us.
