You can find us at Kunal Plaza, right near the Chinchwad Station. Our office is on the 3rd floor, numbers 49 and 50. It’s a handy spot because the train station is so close, so there’s always people moving around. We’ve been in Chinchwad for a while now. Our daily routine involves a lot of phone calls and meeting people who are looking for a bit of space, whether it’s for a shop or a home. The plaza gets pretty crowded during the day, and sometimes finding a parking spot is the hardest part of the morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us surrounded by maps and local property listings. We handle the usual stuff like buying, selling, and all the forms that go with it. Chinchwad has grown so much lately with all the new shops and people moving in for work. We try to keep up with what’s happening on every street. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of waiting for people to show up and then walking them through properties that might not even be what they want. But we keep at it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change and we know which parts are getting louder or where the new roads are going. It’s just us doing our bit in the local real estate market, trying to be helpful when someone walks through the door looking for a place to settle down.
