Kalyani Forge Ltd.

We are located at Shangrila Gardens, on the first floor in the C Wing. It’s right opposite Bund Garden, which is a well-known landmark here. Kalyani Forge Ltd. is the name on the door, but inside it’s just a group of people working hard on metalwork coordination. Even though we are in a nice office building, the heart of what we do is heavy industrial forging. We manage the schedules and the technical drawings from this office before they go to the actual forge. The view of Bund Garden is nice, though we don't always have time to look at it. The office is split into different sections for the engineers and the admin staff. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, especially during the middle of the week. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time, so the local chai walas and the security guards all know us by name. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if the work itself is quite demanding. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just talk about parts, weights, and delivery dates. It is a practical business run by people who understand how metal works. Being in Pune, specifically near Bund Garden, keeps us connected to the rest of the industrial community without being stuck in a dusty factory all day. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting things right.
