Kalpak Designs

Kalpak Designs is a small place we run over in Navi Peth, specifically at Navangpura 212 5. It is a traditional part of town and we like being here among the other local shops. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with sketches, scraps of material, and various tools lying around on every available surface. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. When someone wants a design, they just come in and we sit down at the old wooden table to talk about it. It is just a couple of us who enjoy making things look right. We don't follow big corporate trends or use expensive software for everything. We just focus on what the person in front of us actually needs for their home or project. Navi Peth is always a bit noisy with people walking by and scooters zooming around, but it gives the place some energy. We’ve been at this address for a while and have no plans to move. Sometimes we stay late when we have a deadline, but mostly we just stick to a regular routine. We aren't interested in being the biggest design firm in the city. We just like the work and the fact that we can do it our own way here in Navangpura. It is simple, honest work and that’s plenty for us. Sometimes we get things wrong and have to start over, but we always make it right in the end.
