Our place is out in Rahatani, in the Gold Leaf building. If you know the area near CID, it’s right there on Sno 26. We’re up on the second floor in Flat 201, building A. It’s a bit of a quieter part of Pune compared to the main city center, which is actually kind of nice for focusing on work without too many distractions. We do growth solutions, which mostly means a lot of brainstorming and looking at numbers all day long. The office is pretty simple, nothing fancy or over-the-top at all. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our laptops and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors in the building are moving stuff around and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just life in a mixed-use building. Parking can be a bit tight downstairs if you arrive late in the morning. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the local shops around for lunch. It’s a very practical space for us. We don’t really do the whole corporate branding thing inside. It’s just us, some whiteboards, and a lot of notes pinned up everywhere. The 201 unit has enough space for the team to not feel too cramped while we work. It’s a decent spot to get through the workweek. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, empty corporate office. It feels like a place where real work happens.
