K Value Consultants

K Value Consultants is based out of apartment 405 in the Shirin Apartments on Synagogue Street. It’s an older building with a lot of character. Being in this part of town means there is always a lot of history around us. The street itself is usually quite busy with people going to and from the nearby shops and landmarks. Our office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes because it’s in an apartment block. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a quiet environment, which helps because we do a lot of consulting and number crunching. We’ve been here for several years now and the neighbors all know us. There isn't a big sign outside, so you have to know which doorbell to ring. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people who need some advice on their business stuff. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who’ve worked together for a long time. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just how it is in these older places. We like the location because it’s central and easy for people to find once they get onto Synagogue Street. It’s a simple setup but it works well for what we do and we like it.
