Our work happens at A 505 in the Spring Fields Co-operative Housing Society. It is located on Gandhi Bhavan Road in Kothrud, which is a pretty nice part of Pune. Since the office is inside a residential society, it feels more like a home than a traditional workplace. We have been here for a while and we like the atmosphere of the Kothrud area. It is much better than being stuck in a glass tower downtown. We do various types of consulting, so our days are filled with phone calls, emails, and meetings. The office is basically one of the rooms in the apartment where we have set up our equipment. It gets good light in the afternoon, which makes working a bit more pleasant. We share the space with our files and a few plants that probably need more water than they get. People who come to visit us usually have to sign in at the society gate, which is a bit of a hassle but that’s just how it is living and working in Pune. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We like being near Gandhi Bhavan Road because it is easy to find and there are good places to grab a quick lunch nearby.
