Jumpin Chocolates

We are based out in Pimple Gurav, near Wanowarie, at address 213/2. It’s a quiet enough area for us to get our work done without too many distractions. Jumpin Chocolates is really just a small setup where we spend our hours working with different types of cocoa and sugar. We don't have a big factory with assembly lines. Most of what we do is done on a couple of large tables in the center of the room. We have to be careful with the temperature because if it gets too hot in Pimple Gurav, the chocolate doesn't set right. We spend a lot of time checking the thermometers and moving trays around. It’s a lot of manual labor, stirring and pouring and then waiting. We pack everything into boxes ourselves and label them one by one. Our space is filled with wrappers, molds, and bags of ingredients. It can get a bit messy during the holidays when we have more orders than usual, but we manage to get through it. We aren't a big name you see on billboards; we are just a local spot making sweets in our neighborhood. Some days the batches don't come out perfect, so we just start over until they do. It’s a simple process that we’ve been doing for a while now, and we just keep it going because it’s what we know how to do. It’s just us here working away in our small corner of the world.
