Jr Architect

Our setup is located near the Gulmohor Building in Dhankawadi, Pune. We are part of the Asconstrution space on S.No 22/96. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works well for us. We do a mix of architecture and construction coordination. It's mostly just us trying to keep things moving on the ground. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. One day we might be sitting at the computer for ten hours straight doing CAD drawings, and the next day we are out in the mud at a site checking the foundation work. That’s just how it goes for us. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs or anything like that. It’s a working office with rolls of paper and half-finished models everywhere. We’ve been in Pune for a while and we know the local scene pretty well. We don't try to overcomplicate things with big words or complex theories. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. It’s practical work for people who need things built. Sometimes we run behind schedule because of the rain or permit delays, but we always try to be upfront about it with the people we work for. We think it’s better to be real with people than to pretend everything is perfect all the time. It is a tough job sometimes but seeing a building finished makes it worth the effort.
