Josu Engineering Consultants is tucked away in Thergaon, Pune. Our address is a bit of a mouthful: S. No. 14/13, Luxman Niwas in the Shiv Darshan Colony. We’re in the Belthikanagar area, and the best way to tell people where we are is to mention the 16 No. Bus Stop. It’s a local landmark that everyone knows. Our office is in a residential-style building, Luxman Niwas, which gives it a very different feel than a corporate high-rise. It’s more like working from home but with a full team and all our engineering gear. We do a lot of technical work, and our desks are usually covered in drawings and notes. It’s a bit messy at times, but there’s a system to it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on complex calculations. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of marketing brochures to hand out. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our screens or talking over a set of plans. We’ve been in Pune - 411 033 for a while now and we like the pace here. It’s not as frantic as the city center, but we still stay busy enough. We just take each project as it comes and try to do a solid job without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us doing our thing in Thergaon every day.
