Johnson Controls

Our office for Johnson Controls is located at C 34 Swapnashilp in Erandwane, right in the Kothrud area of Pune. 411038 is a pretty well-known pin code around here and the neighborhood is always full of life. It is a busy place with lots of shops, small businesses, and houses all mixed together. The building, Swapnashilp, is easy to spot once you get onto the right street near the main junction. We have been working out of this space for quite a while. It is not a huge office, just enough room for our team to sit and get through the day's tasks. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but this corner still feels pretty familiar to us. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at technical plans. There is always someone coming or going through the door. We don’t really do big presentations or have a fancy lobby with a sofa. It is more of a functional space where everyone knows exactly what their job is. We share the building with other folks, so we try to be mindful of the noise and the shared spaces. Usually, we are just busy with the technical details of whatever project is currently on the desk. Sometimes we go out for ginger tea at the corner shop when things get too quiet in the afternoon. It is a very normal office life here. We just come in, handle the workload, and make sure everything is ticking along like it should.
