You can find us at 20/1 Madhukunj Society in Pashan. We are located right near the Canara Bank, which is probably the easiest landmark to tell people when they are looking for us. This part of Pune, the 411008 area, is actually quite nice to work in. It is a bit quieter than the city center but still busy enough with people going to the bank or the shops nearby. Johnson Controls has been in this particular spot for some time now. It is an office setup inside a residential society building, so it feels very grounded and local. We don't have those massive glass buildings you see in the big IT parks. It is just a regular building where we show up, do the work, and then head home. The office has desks, computers, and a lot of files, just like any other workplace you might see. We get a lot of people calling for various things, and we just try to help them out as best as we can without making it complicated. Sometimes the parking near the bank is a real headache, so we usually tell people to come early or find a spot in the side lanes. The staff here is mostly local folks who know the Pashan and Pune area very well. We take our lunch breaks at the little cafes down the street. It is a straightforward way to run things. We aren't interested in being flashy or using big words. We just focus on the technical side of the business. It is a steady routine of emails and phone calls.
