We operate out of Row House No 8 in the Naadbrahma society. It is tucked away near the Warje Naaka here in Pune 411052. It does not look like your typical big company building because it is a row house, but that is where we handle things for Johnson And Johnson. The area around Warje is always buzzing with people, especially near the Naaka where the traffic is thick. We have got a small team inside the house, mostly dealing with the daily logistics and keeping track of what needs to go where. It can get a bit cramped inside when we have a lot of boxes coming in, but we have figured out a storage system that works for us. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet and avoid blocking the small road with too many delivery vehicles. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people find us okay once they see the Naadbrahma sign near the gate. We don't have a big flashing sign outside or anything fancy. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs every single day. Some days are much faster than others, depending on how many deliveries are scheduled. We usually have a small radio playing in the background while we sort through the stacks of paperwork. It is a practical setup for us. We do not spend much time on decorations or trying to look corporate. As long as the work gets done and the orders are right, we are happy enough. It feels more like a local home office than a big branch.
