Jeet Plastics

Started here at Chinchwad Opera House a long time back. The unit 17/4 is where most of us spend the whole day. It gets a bit crowded with all the plastic parts piled up near the door, but we manage. My dad used to run things differently, but now it's just about getting the orders out. The morning starts with tea from the stall downstairs. Usually, the traffic in Chinchwad is a headache, so I try to get in early. Inside, there's that faint smell of heated plastic that you just get used to after a week. We have some old machines that still work fine if you know which side to kick. The walls haven't been painted in maybe ten years, so they look a bit grey now. It isn't a fancy office with big windows or anything. Most days it is just me and two other guys moving boxes and checking the lists. People stop by looking for specific moldings or just to say hello. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It’s a practical setup. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit. It’s not a big corporate operation. We just do the work that comes in. The floor is mostly concrete and hard on the feet. We keep things simple because that is how it has always been here.
