Jayalaxmi Carriers & Couriers

Jayalaxmi Carriers & Couriers is located at 32 Sassoon Road, specifically inside the Graficon Arcade. We are right opposite Jahangir Hospital, so it’s a very easy place to spot if you are in that part of Pune. Our office is usually filled with boxes and piles of envelopes waiting to be sent out. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the deliveries coming in and going out. We have a small counter where people come to drop off their packages. The staff is usually busy weighing things or taping up boxes that aren't closed properly. It can get quite loud with the tape dispensers and the sound of the traffic from Sassoon Road outside. We don't have a lot of space for fancy furniture because the parcels take up most of the room. It’s a practical setup for a courier business. We spend a lot of time checking addresses and sorting through the mail. Sometimes the delivery vans have trouble parking right in front, so we have to carry things a little way. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is trying to get their stuff sent before the day ends. We just keep our heads down and make sure every package is labeled and ready to go. It’s just a regular courier shop doing the daily grind in a busy arcade. We try to keep the queues moving as fast as we can every day.
