Jai Shankar Transways

Jai Shankar Transways is located on Nigdi Nagasandra Main Road, near the Tata Silk Farm area, pincode 41297. We’ve been based here for a good while and we know the neighborhood and the roads very well. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a small office where we handle the calls and the scheduling, but most of our work happens out on the road or in the yard. We aren’t a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything stays on track. The area near Tata Silk Farm can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, so we have to plan our routes carefully. We don't use any slick marketing or try to sound professional in a corporate way. We just speak plainly and do our jobs. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like when a delivery is delayed by traffic or a truck needs a part replaced, but we just handle it. It’s a practical, hands-on business. We spend a lot of time checking our vehicles and talking to our drivers. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are very long, but we’re used to it. We don’t need any fancy mission statements. We just move things from one place to another and try to keep things simple.
