Jagadamba Tours & Travels

We are located right at the start of Hadapsar, very close to the big flyover. It’s a very easy landmark to find if you are coming from the city side. Jagadamba Tours & Travels is basically just a small office where we handle all the bookings and take phone calls throughout the day. Since we are so near the flyover, the noise of the traffic is constant, but it reminds us that people are always on the move, which is really what our business is all about. We have a few old maps on the walls and some chairs for when clients come in to talk about their upcoming trips. It’s not a fancy travel agency with bright neon lights and posters. It’s more of a simple, practical space. We spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at bus and train schedules. Most of the people who work here have been living in the Hadapsar area for their whole lives. We know all the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the heavy traffic around the flyover. We don't use a lot of sales talk or marketing phrases. If someone wants to go somewhere, we just tell them the current price and the timing. It’s honest and very straightforward. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a ledger, but we always figure it out. It’s a friendly place to be. We usually have a pot of tea going and the door is almost always open.
