Jabil Circuits

Jabil Circuits has its small base here in the Panchavati area of Nasik. Our address is 4616, Chinchban. If you know Nasik, you know Panchavati is a very traditional and busy part of the city. It’s full of narrow lanes and old buildings. Chinchban has its own local character that’s quite different from the newer industrial parts of town. Our workspace is tucked away in one of these streets. It’s an old structure, so the walls are thick and it stays relatively cool even when it's hot outside. We work on various circuits and technical things right here in the middle of all the temple activity and local markets. Sometimes it’s hard to get a vehicle right to the door because the roads are so thin. We often have to carry things by hand from the main road. It’s a noisy area with all the bells and the people, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a few of us trying to make a living and doing decent work. We don't have fancy office chairs or a break room. We just sit where there’s space and get on with it. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart. It’s a very grounded way to work, right in the heart of the old city. We try to keep the place tidy but there’s always something new to sort through.
