Jabil Circuit Technology India is tucked away in the Shubham Complex, specifically at C-13 on the A. B. M. H. Road in Chinchwad, Pune. If you know Chinchwad, you know it’s the heart of the industrial belt. There are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Our office is part of that landscape. We spend our days working on technology and circuit components. It’s a lot of sitting at benches and looking through magnifying glasses. The complex is always humming with the sound of other businesses nearby, which keeps us energized. We don't go in for fancy decorations or polished reception areas. We just have what we need to get the electronics sorted. Our team is local to Pune and we’ve been through the ups and downs of the industry together. We don't talk much about visions or missions. We just talk about getting the day's quota finished. Usually, we grab a snack from the vendors outside the complex during our afternoon break. It’s a very regular life here. The work is precise, so we have to stay focused even when it’s noisy outside. We’ve been in this building for a while and we know the other tenants well. It’s a community of people who just want to get their work done and go home to their families at night without any fuss.
