J K Construction

J K Construction is based out of Hadapsar at B 111. It’s a growing part of the city, so there is always some kind of building work happening nearby. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all the logistics for our projects. We don't have any polished marble floors or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of rolled-up plans. We spend a good chunk of our day coordinating with people and checking on materials. The phone rings a lot, usually someone asking about a delivery or a timeline. We’ve been in the construction trade for a while and we’ve seen how much Hadapsar has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s full of energy. We don't use any big words to talk about what we do. It’s just about getting the structures up and making sure everything is where it should be. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have any big corporate meetings or mission statements. We just show up in the morning and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We like being in the middle of all the action here. It’s a good way to stay active in the community.
