Our place is over in Sutarwadi, Pashan, inside the Siddhitek Society. We are in Building Number 1, Flat Number 2, which is part of the Snehal Paradise complex. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a nice break from the noise of the city center. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by without having to wait for the elevator. Pashan has a lot of greenery still, especially compared to other parts of Pune. The society itself is quite old and has a very lived-in feel. Our office inside the flat is pretty basic. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. The kitchen area is mostly used for making tea and storing our lunch boxes. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket right outside the window, so we hear a lot of shouting and the sound of the ball hitting the wall. It doesn't bother us much. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There’s a small grocery store nearby where we get our supplies. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and open it. It’s a very informal way of working, but it’s how we like it. We focus on our tasks and try to stay organized in our own way.
