You can find Ismt Ltd at the Gulmohar Building in Pune, up on the sixth floor in room 603. It’s an older building that has been around for a long time. The address is in a part of Maharashtra that stays pretty busy. The lift in the building is one of those old-fashioned ones with the metal gate you have to pull shut yourself. It can be a bit cranky on Mondays. Once you get up to the sixth floor, our office is just down the hall. We have a decent view of the rooftops and the trees in the distance. The office itself is quite plain. We have some wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive carpets. Most of our day is spent handling calls and looking at spreadsheets. The building can get a bit warm in the afternoons because the sun hits our side directly, so we keep the fans going at full speed. There are a few other small businesses on our floor, so we see the same faces every day in the hallway. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. It’s a simple setup that works for us, and we’ve been happy here in the Gulmohar Building for a good while now.
