Ismt Limited

Our office for Ismt Limited is located in the Om Disha Township, specifically in building E1, flat 208. This is over in Sasane Nagar, which is part of the Hadapsar area in Pune. Dharmendra G. Sarabi is the person who is usually here. The township is a large place with many buildings, so it can be easy to get lost if you don't know which block is which. We like it here because it’s a lively neighborhood. There are shops just outside the gate where we grab lunch or some snacks. The flat itself is quite simple. We haven't done any fancy renovations or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and handle our day-to-day business. The balcony looks out over the parking lot, and we can hear the kids playing downstairs in the evenings. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. Sometimes the water pressure in the pipes isn't great, but that’s just how it is in these older townships. We don't have a corporate feel at all. It’s just us, some desks, and our work. We’ve been in Hadapsar for a while now and we know the local streets pretty well. The traffic on the way to the main road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we just plan around it. It’s a decent place to work from and it suits us just fine.
