Ismt Limited

We are currently at Sundar Sankul, which is on Magarpatta Road in Pune. Our spot is Flat F/105. It’s part of the relocation status for Ismt Limited, so things have been a bit in flux lately. S.M. Acharya is the main contact at this address. Magarpatta is a very modern part of the city, but our building is more of a standard residential-style setup. It’s a bit of a mix of living and working spaces around here. The road outside is always packed with cars and bikes, especially during the morning rush. Inside the flat, we’ve set up some tables and computers. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we are doing right now. We have some old files stacked in the corner that we still need to go through. The building is from around 1980, so it has that older Pune feel to it, even though the area around it has changed so much with all the new IT parks. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just call us when they get to the gate and we let them in. The security guard knows us well by now. It’s a practical place to be because everything we need is within walking distance. We just try to stay on top of the work and keep things moving. It’s a bit crowded with all the furniture, but we make it work every day without any trouble.
