Introcorp Consulting Partners Llp is based at Flat No. 14 in Building No. 20, located in the Anandnagar area of Kothrud. We are right off Paud Road, which anyone in Pune knows is one of the busiest roads around. The building is part of Survey Number 133, and it’s a typical older Pune residential block. Our office is a flat on the higher floors, giving us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops. Kothrud is a very traditional part of Pune, and being in Anandnagar means we are close to all the local markets and small eateries. The traffic on Paud Road is almost always heavy, so the sounds of horns and buses are a constant background noise for us. Inside the flat, we have a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of books and folders. It’s not a high-tech office, just a place where we sit and get through our tasks. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it brings in some of the street noise. Most of us have been in Pune for years, so we are used to the pace of life here. We handle our day-to-day business without any grand mission statements or fancy meetings.
