We've been over here at Siddhartha Towers for quite a while now. It’s right behind the City Pride in Kothrud, so most folks around here know the spot. We mostly deal with packing machines and making sure things run like they should for our clients. Sometimes the office gets a bit hectic when we have several orders coming in at once, but we manage. It’s a small team of us working here. We spend a lot of our time looking at diagrams and figuring out how to fix a gear or adjust a belt on one of the newer models. The space in 613 is usually full of manuals and spare parts. People stop by to ask about specific parts or if we have a machine that fits their floor space. We try to give a straight answer. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. If the phone rings and nobody picks up, it's usually because we’re in the middle of a teardown. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just keeping the equipment moving for everyone. The traffic around the City Pride can be a bit of a pain during the evenings, but it's a good location for getting parts shipped out quickly. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s what we know how to do after all these years in Kothrud and it keeps us busy.
