Our place is out in Ambegaon, specifically at Survey Number 00/5. If you know the area, it's a bit away from the main city rush but that suits us fine. We have been working with machine tools for a long time now. Intelmac isn't some giant corporate office with glass walls; it's a practical space where we get things done. We spend most of our time dealing with the mechanical side of things. There’s always someone around to answer the phone, though we might be busy on the floor. The weather here is okay most of the year, though it gets dusty. We see a lot of local guys coming in looking for parts or asking about new machines. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a marketing team writing fancy slogans for us. We just know our tools and how they work in a real shop environment. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we manage. People usually come to us because they heard from a neighbor or another shop owner. We like it that way. It keeps things honest. We don’t promise the moon, just the tools that help people do their jobs. It's been a few years now and we've seen a lot of changes in the machines we sell, but the way we run the office stays pretty much the same.
