We’re located in the Krutika Housing Society in Pune, specifically at 4C 10. Being based in a housing society means we’re surrounded by families and regular life, which keeps things grounded. It’s a bit of a trek to get out to this part of Maharashtra sometimes, but we’ve made this our home base. We deal with technology stuff, mostly sitting behind screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s not a glamorous setup with glass walls. It’s just an office where we keep our servers and workstations. The neighbors know us as the tech folks who are always coming and going at odd hours. Pune has changed a lot, but this little corner of the city feels familiar to us. We usually have some coffee going and the hum of the computers provides the background noise for our day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes in and make sure it’s done right. Some days are slow and we spend them cleaning up old code, and other days are a total rush with people calling us non-stop. It’s a decent life. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall, just a calendar and maybe some notes scribbled on a whiteboard about what needs to be fixed before the weekend. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
