Our office is in the Bhagirti Building in Shrikrishnagar. It’s right across from Saraswati School in the Akurdi area of Pune. You can usually hear the school bell and the kids playing during their break times. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We are up on one of the floors, where we’ve got a decent view of the street below. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone just does their part without much fuss. We aren't into big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just show up, open the laptops, and get to it. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There’s a small corner where we keep the kettle and some snacks. It’s not fancy, but it gets us through the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, but we usually try to head out before the traffic gets too bad. Being in Akurdi is convenient because the train station isn't too far away. We’ve made this space our own over the last few years. It’s a practical environment for a team that just wants to get things right. We don't pretend to be anything we're not. We are just a local team working hard in Pune. It can get busy, but we manage to keep things organized.
