B. G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt. Ltd. (post Harvest Equipment Division)

Our division is based at Survey No. 72-76 in the Mundhwa Industrial Estate. We are the post-harvest equipment part of B. G. Shirke Construction Technology. The site is quite large because the machinery we deal with takes up a lot of room. Mundhwa is an industrial hub, so there’s always a lot of activity with heavy vehicles and construction work nearby. It’s not a quiet neighborhood by any means. Our office is more like a functional space attached to the workshop. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. It's just a lot of steel, blueprints, and people in work clothes. We focus on making sure the equipment for handling crops after they are harvested is built right. It’s a lot of welding and assembly work. We have a lot of people coming in for different shifts, so the place is rarely empty. The dust from the estate can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don't spend time on advertising or making things look pretty for visitors. We just stick to the engineering and the production schedules. It’s a straightforward environment where the main goal is just to finish the equipment on time. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years and most of the locals know the name Shirke well. It is a busy place to work.
