Our office is located in D-206, Sunder Sankul, which is in the 411028 area of Pune. Pune has a nice climate most of the year, which makes working here quite pleasant. Indiabulls Retail Services.Ltd is based in this building. It is a straightforward office setup. We don't have any flashy signs or big logos on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few cupboards for files. The building itself is a mix of people living and working, so it has a very communal feel. We know the security guards and the people in the next office well. Our day usually starts with a quick meeting to see what needs to be done. We deal with various retail service tasks. It involves a lot of coordination and checking things twice. Sometimes the traffic in Pune can be a bit of a headache, especially near the main junctions, but we are fairly central. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of people. It’s just a small, focused group of us. We try to keep things simple and honest.
