This is a residential area so it is much quieter than being in the middle of a big commercial district. We share the space and keep our operations fairly quiet to respect the people living around us in the complex. The address is linked to W O Amit Puranik and we have been using this spot for our daily business for a while now. It is a comfortable environment to work in because it feels like a home instead of a cold office. We do not have massive desks or rows of cubicles. Instead, we just have a few spots where we can sit with our laptops and get things finished. Pune has good weather most of the year which makes working here quite pleasant when the breeze comes through the windows. We do not put on any acts or try to look like a big corporation. We are just a small group doing our part from this apartment. It is a simple way of working and it saves us a lot of the stress you usually find in bigger city offices. Most of the time we are just focused on the screen or talking quietly about what needs to happen next. It is a peaceful way to get through the work week without any big distractions or loud noises.
