Ikan Business Advisory Llp is over in Chinchwad, specifically on the third floor of Highway Tower. Being right by the highway means we hear the traffic all day long. It's like a constant hum in the background of everything we do. The building, Highway Tower, is pretty easy to find since it’s right there on the main road. We are in unit A-2. The elevator is a bit slow, so some of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Our office isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the few files we keep. We don't have any big corporate signs or posters. Most of the time, the desks are covered in notes and papers we are working through. Chinchwad is a busy part of Pune, and there’s always something going on outside. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby. It’s not the most glamorous setup, but it works for what we need. The windows look out towards the road, and sometimes you can see the traffic backed up for miles during peak hours. We’ve grown used to the pace of this area. It’s just a normal office where we sit and get through our tasks. No one wears suits unless they really have to. We just prefer keeping things simple and direct while we work through the day. The coffee is usually strong and the work is steady, which is exactly how we like to keep it.
