Iibr

We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, specifically in the 411019 area. Iibr has been around this part of town for a while. Pune is a great city with a lot of energy, especially with all the students and professionals moving in. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a workspace where we handle our daily requirements and administration. It is not some big glass tower. We are just in a regular building doing our thing. The 411019 neighborhood is quite active. We have a few rooms where the team sits and works on various tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We are not big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We usually just talk across the desks to figure things out. It is a practical way of doing business. The weather in Pune is mostly nice, though it can get pretty wet during the monsoon season. We have some decent places to eat nearby, which is always a plus for the staff. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the rhythms of the office. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is not about being the most famous company, just about being reliable in what we do. We try to keep things grounded and just do the work without any fuss.
