If you ever find yourself on the Nda-Pashan Road in Bavdhan, you might notice the Elite Glaxy building. We are up on the fifth floor, in unit 505. That’s where Ies India Pvt. Ltd is located. Bavdhan is a nice enough area, a bit away from the heaviest city chaos but still busy enough. The view from the fifth floor is okay, you can see the road and the cars going by. We’ve been here for a bit, and the office has become a regular part of our lives. It’s a simple space, nothing over the top. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The commute along the Nda-Pashan Road can be hit or miss depending on the time of day, but we manage. Most of the people working here have their own little spots in the office where they keep their things. It’s not one of those modern offices where everything looks the same. We have some plants, maybe a few old posters on the walls. It feels real. We don't really go for big mission statements or anything. We just know what needs to be done each morning when we open up. It’s a practical way to run a business. Being in Elite Glaxy is convenient because there are other businesses around, so it doesn't feel isolated. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people doing their jobs. We like the routine we have here.
