If you are looking for us in Pune, we are over in Hadapsar at the Shravandhara building. Our office is unit Ka 304. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. Idea7 Bussiness Solutions has been operating from this third-floor spot for a while now. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we keep our files and desks. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a bit of a mess because we are usually in the middle of something. We don't bother much with making the place look like a showroom. It’s a working office, plain and simple. Most of the team lives around Pune, so we deal with the same traffic and weather as everyone else. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. There isn't a big philosophy behind it; we just help businesses with what they need and try to do it right. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. The atmosphere is relaxed. We don't have a dress code, and we don't have those long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. It’s a practical way to spend the work week. Shravandhara is a familiar landmark for us now, and we’re quite settled in here at unit 304.
