Idea Cellular

Our spot is located at S No 41 2 2 4 in Pune. It’s a busy area in Maharashtra, and we've been here at Idea Cellular for quite some time. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with phone connections and helping people get their mobile data working. Pune is always moving, so we stay pretty busy. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just open up in the morning and see who needs help. There’s a lot of traffic nearby, but inside it’s just us working through the daily tasks. We don't use big words or fancy talk here. If someone has a problem with their service, we look at it. It’s a straightforward kind of life. Some days the internet is slow or the phones are ringing off the hook, but we just take it as it comes. Being in Maharashtra means we see all sorts of people. We’ve got a small team and we know the neighborhood well. It’s just a regular workplace where things get handled. We don't have a big corporate lobby with plants, just desks and computers. It suits us just fine. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We just keep going. It’s nothing glamorous, just a job that needs doing every single day.
