Icici Prudentials Ltd

Our office is out on NIBM Road in the Kondhwa area of Pune. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot lately, so there are always new shops and cafes popping up around us. We work as Icici Prudentials Ltd, focusing on the various insurance things people need. The office is pretty basic, we’ve got some chairs for people to wait in and a few desks where we handle all the typing and filing. It can get a little dusty with all the construction nearby, but we keep the place as tidy as we can. People from around Kondhwa and even further out come by to pay their premiums or update their contact info. We aren't a high-pressure environment, just a place where you can get your business done. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea, which helps during the long afternoons. Sometimes the traffic on NIBM Road makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we stay open until the work is finished. We aren't some big corporate headquarters, just a local branch trying to stay on top of the paperwork. We use everyday English and don't try to sound more important than we are. If you need to find us, just look for the sign along the road. We are usually busy with something, but there is always a moment to help a visitor with their policy papers and make sure the files are correct.
