Sometimes the bells from the temple provide a bit of a background sound while we are working on policies. We spend our time helping folks figure out their premiums and making sure their paperwork is in order. It’s practical work. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that here. It’s just us, the desks, and the files. Pune weather is usually good, so we often leave the door open for a breeze. We focus on getting the details right and making sure everyone who comes in feels heard. It’s an honest, simple way to work. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local spot where you can get your insurance matters handled without a lot of drama.
