Icici Prudential

We are based at Flat No 2 in Gaikwad House. This is in the Old Sanghvi area of Pune. It’s a very traditional neighborhood, and Gaikwad House has that old-school Pune charm. Our office for Icici Prudential is just a simple flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not a big corporate building with glass walls or a fancy lobby. It feels more like a home office, which we actually enjoy quite a bit. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old wooden furniture that’s been here for years. Pune weather is usually nice, so we often leave the balcony door open to get some fresh air. Old Sanghvi is a busy place with lots of small shops and people moving around all day. We get our tea from a stall just down the road. Inside Flat No 2, it’s mostly just the sound of us working on our laptops and talking about the day's tasks. We don't have a big team here, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. It’s an informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting. Most days it’s just casual clothes and hard work. It’s a quiet life here in Gaikwad House, away from the main city traffic and the noise of the bigger districts. We just focus on what we need to do and keep things running smoothly.
